AV and IT facilities which are located in the University's centrally managed teaching spaces are maintained and developed by the Learning Resources and Accommodation Team (LRAT). The team is part of Academic Services' Learning Spaces division.

DejaView is the new name for Learning Spaces pilot event capture service
The following services are provided:
all of which can be booked using the Equipment Booking Service.
DV cameras and video-edit suites of which have their own booking procedures. Still cameras and sound recorders have their own booking rules too.
LRAT also provides support for non-teaching events and conferences, at competitive charges. We work with colleges and research institutes to upgrade AV provision in school-owned rooms; using our own staff and bulk-buying ability we can fit installations for less cost than our commercial competitors.

Lecture Capture
LRAT has launched an extended pilot of lecture capture, using two different platforms for comparison.
